Guess Who is On the Back of a Special Limited Edition Cheerio's Box Available Only at Shoprite For a Limited Time?

 

That's right dear readers...ME!  You might remember a post I did way back in August regarding the Shoprite Partners in Caring Blogging Campaign,

As a result of this as well as other blogs who participated in this campaign, 3000 boxes of cereal were donated to local food banks! 

The Special Edition General Mills Cereal Box is now a reality and can be found in Shoprite supermarkets in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut. Maryland, and Pennsylvania areas. They go on sale the week of January 24th, 2010  for one month, so if you want to pick one up don't wait too long!

I also want to let you know about another way to help raise awareness of the issue of hunger.  ShopRite Partners In Caring, together with General Mills, has launched a video contest, Expressions of Hunger, that challenges everyday people to submit videos using song, poetry, dance or dramatic reading that creatively express the plight of the hungry or offer solutions to the issue of hunger.  Up to six grand prize winners will have their stories and photos featured on a special-edition Cheerios box available exclusively at ShopRite stores in September 2010!
